My name is Danny, and I’ve been with Boven Yvo for more than fifteen years. What started as a shop-floor assistant role has grown into a position where I help shape the company’s direction. As workshop manager, I make sure production runs smoothly and efficiently every day; assigning tasks, managing the schedule, and ensuring the quality of everything we deliver.
No two days are the same. Some are calm and predictable; others require quick thinking and creative problem-solving. That variety keeps me sharp. I remember a major project that had to be completed ahead of schedule. We had to completely reorganize the planning to get it out on time. Everyone pulled together, and we made the deadline. Moments like that are why I’m proud to be part of this team."
The atmosphere at Boven Yvo and, by extension, FXG can best be described as honest, collegial, and down-to-earth. There’s no gap between “management” and the team.
