We are a growing company active in the production and installation of windows and doors in Belgium. Today, we have around 160 employees and make more than 2,000 families happy every year with new windows and doors.

FXG combines the local roots and flexibility of regional experts in windows and doors with the clout and reliability of a large-scale, professional organisation. Our ambition is to make high-quality windows and doors accessible to as wide an audience as possible, while respecting the environment and the planet.  

To take our marketing to the next level across the various local companies in the group, we are looking for a Marketing Manager who combines vision with decisiveness. As Marketing Manager, you will work directly with the CEO and local managers. 

What you will be doing

  1. Integration of existing and new companies in the group in terms of marketing •
    • Mapping current marketing initiatives in local businesses  • Analysis of existing marketing agencies and budgets 
    • Internal mapping of current marketing tasks and responsibilities

  1. Defining your marketing vision 
    • Forming an interface with local business managers to identify regional needs • Developing an integrated marketing vision (digital & offline) in line with local and FXG objectives 
    • This vision encompasses the broad facets of the marketing mix:
      • Owned media: websites, SEO/GEO, social media, FXG communication  
      • Paid mediaSEA via Google, META, partnerships/sponsorships
      • Earned media: press releases, Google reviews, customer stories, opinions 
      • Offline demand generation: leaflets, site signs, trade fairs, various materials
      • Purchasing leads via platforms such as Solvari, Bobex, Impact Us Today
      • Customer retention: customer events, appreciation initiatives, etc. 
    • Active networking within the sector to capture marketing opportunities

  1. Implementing the vision with a hands-on approach 
    • Selecting and managing marketing agency/agencies for SEO/GEO, SEA, copywriting (when necessary), social media (when necessary), etc. 
    • Coordination of customer stories with local business managers (photographs, texts) • Social media management on Instagram/Facebook/… 
    • Copywriting for owned and earned media 
    • Local website management per company, in collaboration with hosting/IT providers • ROI analysis and optimisation of lead acquisition platforms

  1. Employer Branding to improve our reach in recruitment

  2. Showroom and Events 
    • Showroom management: defining and ensuring visual quality and customer experience across all branches
    • Coordination of customer events (if applicable)

What we are looking for

  • > 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in an SME or entrepreneurial context
  • Creative and results-oriented 
  • Hands-on, independent and strong communication skills 
  • Broad education and experience in various aspects of marketing (see above)
  • Knowledge of digital tools and a strong affinity with new trends
  • Experience in managing external agencies and local branches
  • Business acumen (Marketing ROI)
