What you will be doing
As a Hunter Sales Professional, you are the driving force behind our growth. You bring in new projects and build long-term relationships with decision makers in the construction sector.
- Actively seeking new projects and partners: architects, contractors, and project developers.
- Convince existing and potential customers with your expertise and commercial flair.
- Project follow-up: preparing quotations, negotiating and closing deals.
- Visiting customers on site and in our modern showroom to present the best solutions.
- Expand your network and build strategic relationships that accelerate our growth.
What we are looking for
- A proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the construction sector or exterior joinery.
- An existing network of architects, contractors or project developers is a huge advantage.
- Independent, driven attitude with a genuine hunter mentality.
- Commercial flair, persuasiveness and passion for results.
- Living in or around Waasland is an advantage.
