De Boever is a family-run SME that has been active in the installation of high-quality windows and doors for many years. The company is located close to the E403 motorway and, with a dynamic team of 16 employees, carries out projects throughout West and East Flanders.

Precision is not a coincidence, but a choice we make every day. From advice to installation, our team is there for the customer. We visit to assess the situation, give our customers honest advice in the showroom and make the difference with high-quality installation. As part of the FXG group, we have access to the best production sites in Flanders. To support our further growth, we are looking for an additional sales employee.

What you will be doing

  • Receiving builders with their architectural plans in our showroom; discussing and analysing them together to find the best solutions.
  • Conducting inspiring tours in our showroom.
  • Customer visits on site for renovations of existing exterior joinery.
  • Calculate prices and prepare attractive quotations.
  • Following up on quotations and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Prospecting: build a network by attracting interesting partners from the construction sector, such as architects, contractors, and project developers.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in the construction sector is required, experience with exterior joinery is an advantage! 
  • Attitude, mindset and motivation are the most important things for us.
  • You get energy from new contacts and have a smooth communication style.
  • Do you live in West Flanders? That's great!
  • We are currently seeking an experienced professional with an existing network.
